We manage payroll and benefits administration, besides all the labor, social security and payroll tax routines, from admission until the termination of labor contract, as well as the generation of various payroll reports and follow-up control with transparency and efficiency.

The main activities among others:

  • Based on the information provided by our client through our web portal, we elaborate: (i) admission of employees; (ii) advance and monthly payroll; (iii) calculation of vacation pay; (iv) calculation of 13th Salary; (v) monthly provision of vacation pay and 13th salary.
  • Regular update of employee information (admission, termination, vacation, absence, salary update, employee data etc.)
  • Preparation of communication related to work accident.
  • Prepare monthly payslips.
  • Assistance in routine termination process.
  • Preparation and submission of monthly tax receipts to clients.
  • Generation and submission of annual payroll obligations like DIRF, RAIS, CAGED and other as demanded by local legislation.
  • Administrative procedure and benefits administration.
  • Monitoring of union agreements, conventions and collective bargaining of annual increments.
  • Attending tax inspection related to Social Security
  • Assistance in the process of hiring and termination of contracts
